Proposal Procedure

Our Community Galleries are programmed up to a year in advance, so please take this into consideration when making your submission.

Once we have received your proposal, it will be reviewed by members of the OnFife team before making a decision. Our teams meet on a quarterly basis to discuss exhibition proposals so you may have to wait up to three months before hearing back from us.

We are committed to fostering diversity and inclusivity within the creative community. We encourage submissions from underrepresented groups, including but not limited to people from marginalised backgrounds, people of colour, LGBTQ+ creatives, individuals with disabilities, and those whose voices have historically been underrepresented in the creative and cultural community.

Please complete the proposal submission form below. If you require this in another format, or have any additional queries, please contact the Creative Development Team via email at events@onfife.com
