What's ON

Dunfermline Wellbeing Sessions

OnFife offer a range of services and resources that support lifelong health and wellbeing.

We are working in partnership with the Carnegie Dunfermline Trust, Fife Council, Fife Coast & Countryside Trust and NHS Fife Health & Social Care Partnership to create more opportunities to improve people’s wellbeing focusing on the natural and intangible heritage of Dunfermline’s Heritage Quarter and West Fife villages.

Our project – Dunfermline Wellbeing through Heritage is funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund with funding also from the partners.

We are keen to hear from you if you are part of a wellbeing group, if you work with or support or care for people living with dementia or if you would just like to find out more about our work. Please contact: museums.enquiries@onfife.com.

We will also have volunteering opportunities so please do keep checking this page for updates.

Going Shopping in Dunfermline

Monday 24th October 2pm

‘Going Shopping in Dunfermline’ is the theme of our first reminiscence chat, hosted by Kenny McLachlan and Sara Kelly (pictured below). We want to hear all your stories of the Coop and other great shopping experiences and we’ll have photographs, adverts and newspapers to spark your memories as well as loads of objects that you may recognise. Kenny has many stories of his own childhood in Dunfermline and no matter your age I’m sure we’ll find a shop you remember!

This event is for a closed group of maximum 10 participants.
