What's ON

Libraries & Archives

Our libraries are open and providing a full range of services for you. You can select books, use public access PCs and other offerings such as photocopying, printing and collecting hearing aids batteries.

Warm Spaces

With rising living costs already being felt, and more expected to hit soon, many of us across Scotland may well find it just that wee bit harder to stay warm this winter.
That’s why we’ve joined with Fife Council by dedicating selected OnFife Libraries across Fife as “warm spaces”, where you’re welcome to read, surf, and have a blether as well as enjoy board games or just relax with a free cuppa. ☕️
Feel free to drop in anytime we’re open – we’ll be sure to meet you with a warm OnFife Libraries welcome.

Visit onfife.com/warm-spaces for more information or to check opening times near you.

Overdue fines

Good news – we are waiving overdue fines on books. You can return your books to any OnFife library, it doesn’t have to be the branch you borrowed them from.

Online Catalogue

You can request books from our online catalogue. You’ll need to be a library member to make request. If you’re not one already, you can register to be a library member here: Join the library
