Lily, Boowie’s grandma, tells him the story of her young life during World War 2 and her adventurous cat.
In 1943, Lily and all the residents of the village are told to move out, so that the allies can prepare to invade France. Tips, her cat, has other ideas though and Lily puts herself in danger to try to find him. Michael Morpurgo magic again!
