Films must have been finished after 2011, Must be from filmmakers either based in Scotland or born in Scotland. Short films, no longer than 15 mins. Feature film no shorter than 70 mins with a budget less than 80,000. To eligible for awards must attend film festival and awards ceremony. Films must be submitted as QuicktimeHD or AVCHD for the screening.
