Letter from the Board of Trade dated 6th April 1915 concerning the Kirkcaldy Corporation Order 1915. Attached to letter is a copy of an additional byelaw to the byelaws made by the corporation on the 13th June 1910 concerning the right of vessels to have preference at the berths where coal is loaded so as to load coal for its own bunkers, made on the 6th November 1914 and confirmed by the board of trade on the 6th April 1915.
