ON at Fife is the area's largest independent arts organisation, promoting arts, culture and entertainment across the region.
We currently operate four major venues, as well as staging a diverse range of events around Fife. We create brand new work with some of Scotland's best contemporary theatre companies, artists and performers, as well as providing a crucial role in supporting local arts organisations and groups.
ON at Fife became a charitable trust in 2007, and currently employs around 70 full-time and 200 part-time staff. We are governed by a voluntary board of 13 directors, and led by a Senior Management Team.
As with most arts organisations, our work is supported by funders and sponsors. Our major funder is Fife Council, and we also receive funding for special projects from other external organisations and donors.
