We add a small commission to each ticket. This helps us keep offering great experiences across Fife.

  • £1.50 per ticket — online, by phone or at the box office
  • The fee does not apply to some events like cinema, classes or courses
  • All money from the fee is reinvested to keep our services affordable

Postage (Optional)

If you want your tickets posted to you, there is a £2 postage fee per order.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the show is cancelled.

If a show is cancelled, you can:

  • Move your booking to another OnFife show
  • Get a gift voucher (valid for 12 months)
  • Ask for a full refund
Accessible Booking

Accessible Booking

If you need a wheelchair space or have any access needs, our box office team will be happy to help.

You can also add your requirement for a wheelchair space on the booking form when buying tickets online.

For those with carers/companions, register this requirement by logging onto the website and this time choosing ‘companion’. This will allow a complimentary ticket for your carer/companion. Please bring proof of eligibility with you to the performance.

Some tickets may be reserved for wheelchair and companion access. To book wheelchair accessible seats online, please log in or register to select your preferences. For companion ticket discount please log in and register under ‘Preferences’ (note a valid C+ card is required for companion discounts).
