Located within the Adam Smith Theatre, the Design Suite is a vibrant creative hub designed to inspire all ages to explore digital, hands‑on design and creativity. A friendly, inspiring creative space offering flexible work zones, professional tools, community events, and expert support—with free and low-cost options for everyone. Whether you’re collaborating, creating, or connecting, the Design Suite helps creativity grow in the heart of Kirkcaldy.

The Design Suite is based inside the Adam Smith Theatre in Kirkcaldy.
3 Blue Badge spaces in front of building. Limited on-site parking down right-hand side. Additional free parking at Kirkcaldy Galleries / Kirkcaldy train station (3 min walk).
Ramped access from main entrance to foyer, box office, Design Suite and café. Lift to upper floor (Auditorium, Beveridge Suite, The Exchange) and stair lift to lower floor (The Advantage).
4 wheelchair spaces in main auditorium. Row J is step-free — all other rows require steps. Infrared hearing system with receivers and neck loops at box office.
Accessible toilets on ground and first floor. Changing Places facility on ground level (radar key).
Guide and assistance dogs welcome.
