FifeSpace is a creative and community space at Rothes Halls in Glenrothes, offering a welcoming environment for creative activities, community exhibitions and cultural engagement. It brings local creativity to the fore and provides a flexible space for artists, makers and community groups to share their work and ideas in the heart of Glenrothes.

These are our usual opening hours. We may be closed on some public holidays, so please check before visiting.

There are several public car parks close by, including Blue Badge spaces.

General accessibility information

The venue has two accessible entrances both with automatic doors. The upper floor is accessible via a lift.

Booking wheelchair spaces and accessible seating

Some tickets may be reserved for wheelchair and companion access. To book these seats, please log in or register at onfife.com to select your preferences. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you need support to make a booking for wheelchair spaces or need advice on accessibility so we can best support you to get the right space for your needs. Those who wish to transfer into aisle seats are advised to bring a companion. We can store wheelchairs for the duration of the performance.

We have six wheelchair spaces available in the main auditorium for our events. Please book your space in advance.

Carer/companion tickets

For carer/companion ticket discount please log in or register at onfife.com and record that you require a companion under ‘Preferences’. For more information, please access our Carers and Companion Policy (add link to policy once it is finalised).

Accessible toilets and Changing Places facilities

Accessible toilet facilities are available on both the ground and first floors, including a changing place toilet.

Hearing support

There is currently no hearing support available in the venue

Assistance dogs

Assistance dogs are allowed in all areas of this venue. They are trained working dogs supporting people with disabilities – please don’t distract or pet them.

Yes — we welcome group visits and school trips. Contact us to arrange your visit.

Some of our venues have cafés and gift shops. Check the What You Can Do section for details.

Can I take photographs?

Photography for personal use is welcome in most areas. Some exhibitions may have restrictions.

How do I donate items to the collection?

We welcome donations of items with a connection to Fife. Contact museums.enquiries@onfife.com to discuss.
