Flat access to the entrance, with a lift to the upper floors (exhibition and museum spaces, meeting rooms). Sensory support items (ear defenders, fidget toys, emotion fans) available to borrow. Accessible toilet facilities throughout. Changing Places facility on the ground floor — ask a member of staff for access.
