We are seeking a Head of Creative Development to inspire and lead the talented team that will drive and deliver our ambitious and exciting plans for creative and cultural development across Fife.
As Head of Creative Development you will use your exceptional leadership skills to help set the creative direction for OnFife, promoting a collaborative approach to idea generation across all our services and facilitating a creative approach to the delivery of OnFife forums & workshops. You will also lead on driving sponsorship and funding initiatives, setting and delivering on targets in line with our key priorities. As lead on creative digital media development, you will ensure our digital library offer is robust and influencing digital leadership across all service areas. Finally, you will be responsible for putting in place our Volunteer approach and co-ordination.

We’re looking for an ideas engineer: a creative facilitator and senior strategic professional who demonstrates the ability to create, manage and execute complex projects, whilst employing a raft of fresh and engaging creative engagement techniques. You have significant leadership experience within a creative and cultural environment and the ability to translate strategy into action – your knowledge of current digital developments will be unrivalled, as is your commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of our communities. Advocacy and community partnership working are in your DNA and you are well networked with a robust understanding of the challenges within the Creative sector.
An active listener and astute observer, you love working with people and have the experience and drive to push others to produce their best work, demonstrating your belief in the team as the sum of its parts. A solutions provider, you are able to think fast and multi-task, making considered decisions in fluid environments. Confident in who you are, you lead from a place of authenticity, demonstrating the resilience and adaptability to inspire others in the face of significant and complex change.
