We are looking for a creative and organised Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our heritage venues; St. Andrews Museum, St Monans Windmill, Methil Heritage Centre and The Laing Museum in Newburgh. This is a mobile position, therefore the ability to drive is essential. As a member of our Operations Management Team, you’ll work closely with various teams across OnFife to maintain and improve our customer experience. Key responsibilities include; supervision/training of team members, providing customer/client services for the museums, monitoring and evaluating services offered, maintain and manage areas of stock and exhibitions.
The normal hours for this role are Tuesday-Friday, 09.30am till 5.00pm, however flexibility will be required on a regular basis to work out with this pattern, including weekends.
You’ll be an experienced people manager who loves a challenge, excels at building strong relationships and has a passion for cultural and heritage. You’ll also have a strong customer service focus with an understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace.
