Recreation – Choir Shield

The Dunfermline Select Choir won this shield in 1910-12 at the Scottish National Song Society annual competition.  

The shield is beautifully decorated, the central plaque showing a harpist in the foreground with Scottish thistles and the words “For Auld Lang Syne” above.
