Joining is free for anyone who lives, works or studies in Fife. You can join online or visit any library in person.
If you join online, please visit any Fife library within two weeks so we can activate your full account. Remember to bring proof of ID.

Our digital resources give you free access to thousands of eBooks, audiobooks, newspapers and magazines. All you need is your library card number and PIN to get started.
