Dunfermline is Scotland’s fastest growing city, has a wealth of heritage assets and is currently developing into one of the most culturally vibrant places to be. We have an exciting opportunity to be part of that, with this post to lead and manage the Dunfermline elements of the “In the Footsteps of Kings and their Queens” project. This project has received funding from Scottish Enterprise’s Tourism Destination Development Fund and you will be working with key stakeholders in Dunfermline including Fife Cultural Trust, Fife Council, Carnegie Dunfermline Trust and the BID
You will manage the creation of an enhanced visitor experience in Dunfermline through the dual strands of developing digital, themed self-guided itineraries and tours and through developing a team of Volunteer Dunfermline Ambassadors to provide personal interpretation of key sites.
The post will be managed by Fife Cultural Trust and you will report to Dunfermline Heritage Quarter Steering Group.
