Website terms & conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply when you use www.onfife.com and any related online services provided by Fife Cultural Trust trading as OnFife, including our ticketing system, Spektrix and event management systems such as Artifax.

By using our website, you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you book tickets or buy services through us, you’re also agreeing to our Conditions of Sale and any additional terms shared at the point of booking.

 

Disclaimer

We take care to make sure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, details can change, and we can’t guarantee that everything will always be complete or error-free.

Event information, including dates, times and prices, may change.

Sometimes we link to other websites. These are provided for your convenience, but we’re not responsible for their content.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under law, including in relation to personal injury, fraud or other liabilities that can’t be excluded.

 

Booking and Ticket Information

When making a booking, please make sure your contact details are correct so we can get in touch if anything changes.

  • Everyone attending must have a valid ticket, including babies 
  • Concession tickets will require proof of eligibility 
  • Prices and any ticket commission fees will be confirmed before you complete your purchase 

How to book

 

Our systems

We use secure systems, including Spektrix, to manage bookings and customer information. We may also use systems such as Artifax to support event planning and delivery.

 

After You Book

  • Please check your confirmation carefully, as we may not be able to make changes later 
  • Keep your tickets safe – we can’t always replace them 
  • Tickets must not be resold for profit. We may cancel tickets if we believe they’ve been resold without permission 

We may also need to:

  • Refuse entry or ask someone to leave where appropriate 
  • Restrict recording or photography 
  • Delay entry for late arrivals until a suitable break 
  • Make reasonable changes to events if needed 
  • Ask for proof of concession eligibility 

 

Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless:

  • An event is cancelled, or 
  • There is a significant change to the event 

If an event is cancelled, we’ll offer you:

  • A transfer to another event 
  • A gift voucher (valid for 12 months) 
  • A full refund to your original payment method 
  • The option to donate your ticket value to support OnFife 

Refunds will be made to your original payment method wherever possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

Printing and Digital Services

We offer public access computers and printing (including wireless printing) in some locations.

Charges may apply and will be clearly shown. Please make sure you have permission to use and print any content. We can’t accept responsibility for lost data, failed uploads, or user errors when using these services.

 

Your Data and Privacy

We take your privacy seriously and handle personal data in line with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

We use your information to:

  • Process bookings and payments 
  • Keep you updated about your bookings 
  • Improve our services 
  • Send marketing communications (where you’ve agreed to this) 

We never sell your data to third parties.

Competition Terms & Conditions

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+ unless stated otherwise 
  • One entry per person unless specified 
  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available 
  • We may substitute prizes with alternatives of equal value 
  • Winners will be selected as described in the competition details 
  • By entering, you agree to these terms
