Freedom of information
OnFife (Fife Cultural Trust) is subject to the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002. You have the right to request information about our governance, finances and operations.
We are committed to being open and transparent about how we work and how public money is used. Our publication scheme sets out the types of information we routinely make available.
How to Make a Request
You can submit a Freedom of Information request in writing — by letter or email. Your request should:
- Include your name and a return address or email
- Describe the information you are looking for clearly
We will acknowledge your request promptly and aim to provide a full response within 20 working days. In some cases, we may need to apply exemptions — if so, we will explain why and let you know your right to review or appeal.
Publication Scheme
Under our Publication Scheme, we routinely publish information about our organisation, governance and finances. This includes information about our Board, annual reports and accounts, and our policies and procedures.
