Equality mainstreaming report
OnFife is committed to advancing equality, diversity and inclusion across all our venues and services. Our Equality Mainstreaming Report outlines our progress and future plans for making culture accessible to everyone in Fife.
As a public body, we are required under the Equality Act 2010 and the Public Sector Equality Duty (Scotland) Regulations 2012 to publish an Equality Mainstreaming Report every two years. This report sets out:
- How we are embedding equality into our work and decision-making
- Progress against our equality outcomes
- Our employee equality data
- Our priorities for the period ahead
Equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of what we do. From the programmes we create to the way we hire and support our people, we aim to ensure that OnFife is a place where everyone feels welcome — as a visitor, participant, volunteer or employee.
