About OnFife
OnFife is Fife’s cultural trust — a not‑for‑profit organisation opening doors to culture across the region.
We work with artists, partners and local communities to deliver a wide range of services through our libraries, museums and theatres.
From live performances and exhibitions to learning opportunities and community programmes, we make culture accessible to everyone. We also support the wider cultural sector across Fife, helping to build a vibrant and connected creative community.
This page brings together the key documents, reports and information that guide our work as a registered charity.
Our commitment to inclusion
We are committed to creating welcoming, inclusive spaces for everyone.
Equality, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of how we work. We aim to ensure our services reflect the communities we serve and provide fair and accessible opportunities for all.
Our Board oversees this work and ensures we continue to meet our responsibilities in promoting equality and good practice.
Artistic expression and programming
As a publicly funded organisation, we support freedom of expression and the role of arts and culture in encouraging creativity, conversation and new perspectives.
We programme a wide and varied range of events to reflect the diversity of our communities. While we support open expression, we do not tolerate hate speech or unlawful content.
We recognise that not all performances will appeal to everyone and encourage respectful dialogue. Our priority is to ensure our venues remain safe, inclusive and welcoming for all.
