Concessions

We offer lower-priced tickets for many of our shows. People who are eligible for concessions priced tickets are:

• under 16 years old
• senior citizens
• students in full time education
• registered disabled
• unemployed

Proof of eligibility for concession tickets must be provided.

Reservation Fees

A £1 reservation fee is applied to tickets priced £5 and over that are purchased online or over the phone.

• Reservation fees are capped at £5 per transaction.
• There are no reservation fees on tickets costing less than £5 or for classes, courses or participatory activities.
• Reservation fees are not charged when booking in person at our venues.

Reservation fees are reinvested into OnFife, helping to provide many services free of charge and maintain our mission to Enrich Lives in Fife through our cultural activities.

Postage

We charge £1 per transaction for postage if you request your tickets to be mailed out to you.
