We are looking for a leader who understands the value of our people and will lead the HR team and colleagues in a way that ensures they are always at the heart of what we do.
- Graduate calibre with supporting professional qualification
- Ability to analyse problems and determine creative and practical solutions
- Strategic thinking and experience of translating these into deliverable plans and outcomes
- Able to build meaningful and effective relationships
