Ray
Experience Ray by Scottish Dance Theatre
Scottish Dance Theatre presents Ray, Meytal Blanaru‘s mesmerising creation venturing on a quest for a deep, collective, shared physical experience.
Witness up-close the dancers’ journeys as they build intangible bridges between bodies, sweeping you far beyond the intellect’s words, into a space where we can potentially meet, in a different way.
“Out beyond ideas of wrong doing and right doing there is a field. I will meet you there. When the soul lies down in that grass the world is too full to talk about.” – Rumi
Critically Acclaimed Contemporary Dance Performance
“Creates a bond between audience and performers stronger than I have felt for a long time.”
– Dancing Times
“It’s an ephemeral hour that grows from nothing, glows and evaporates. A lovely bunch of people; a lovely moment in time.”
– The Guardian
