The Meet & Greet is pre-show, 2 hours before the show begins. All VIP ticket holders must arrive at least 15 minutes before the Meet & Greet is due to start. Anyone arriving late may not be accepted.

Box office opens one hour before performances.
Parking: 3 Blue Badge spaces in front of building. Limited on-site parking down right-hand side. Additional free parking at Kirkcaldy Galleries / Kirkcaldy train station (3 min walk).
Ramped access from main entrance to foyer, box office, Design Suite and café. Lift to upper floor (Auditorium, Beveridge Suite, The Exchange) and stair lift to lower floor (The Advantage).
4 wheelchair spaces in main auditorium. Row J is step-free — all other rows require steps. Infrared hearing system with receivers and neck loops at box office.
Accessible toilets on ground and first floor. Changing Places facility on ground level (radar key).
Guide and assistance dogs welcome.
