Clarify your growth strategy and prioritise next steps
-
Explore new markets, products, or income streams
-
Improve systems, processes, and day-to-day efficiency
-
Navigate funding, finance, and grant opportunities
-
Understand recruitment, skills, and leadership development
-
Make connections across Scotland’s wider enterprise network
For businesses with high growth ambitions, advisers can also connect you to specialist support, sector-specific resources, and organisations such as Scottish Enterprise and Skills Development Scotland.
Drop-in business surgeries
We host free, one-to-one Business Gateway drop-in surgeries in our Design Suite at the Adam Smith Theatre, Kirkcaldy. These sessions are relaxed, confidential, and tailored to where you are right now — whether that’s an idea on a notepad or a business ready to expand.
There’s no booking required. Just drop in, have a conversation, and get practical advice you can actually use.
Business Gateway drop-in surgeries take place on the last Wednesday of every month (excluding December), 10am–5pm (last meeting is at 4pm).
If you’d like more information or would prefer to book a time slot, email hannah.morton@bgfife.co.uk or call 01592 858333.
