Based on a true story and set in the 18th century, this tale tells of a fowling party from St Kilda sent to a sea stac to harvest birds for their community. As summer turns to winter and a new year comes around, the fowlers begin to realise that they have been abandoned, as no boat comes to take them home. Why would their family and friends not come back for them? It can only mean the end of the world!

The group are cold, hungry and on the brink of breaking point as they try to survive on their beliefs, stories and hope.
