Norman lives with the Lime family and Norman is a Blamehound. What’s a Blamehound you ask? Well, a Blamehound is a dog that gets the blame for every whiffy fart, slippy puddle or anything else that family members don’t want to take responsibility for.
Norman and his doggy chums begin to wonder why they should put up with this treatment. Well not for free anyway! This is when Norman and his pal Ringo set up the Blamehounds business for all the little embarrassing mishaps that can happen.
