Elliot has always wanted a dog of his own but he lives in a flat where no animals are allowed and his new stepfather is allergic to anything with fur or feathers. Denzil is a scruffy, stray dog who has never wanted to be owned by anyone until he meets Elliot. The two become attached to each other but there just doesn't seem to be any way they can be together.
Can Elliot make his wish come true or will Denzil be a stray forever?
