There are lots of lovely things for sale too. You can see Joy and Creativity at Kirkcaldy Galleries until the end of January.

Art-tastic

Art-tastic is a family-friendly exhibition that tests the adage that a picture paints a thousand words. We invited budding writers of all ages to create stories and verse inspired by some 20 works of art. Some of the written pieces were shared on social media and the artworks are on display at St Andrews Museum. Works on show include paintings by L S Lowry – famed for his matchstick-like figures – the eminent 20th century artist Sir William MacTaggart and leading Arts and Crafts painter John Duncan.
